Barre is a dynamic and inclusive fitness class that blends ballet inspired movements with elements of pilates and yoga. Suitable for all ages, stages, and abilities, barre offers a low impact, high intensity workout designed to enhance strength, balance, posture, flexibility, and core stability.

​

With plenty of progressions and modifications offered throughout, alongside Sophie's expertise, beginners through to advanced levels can enjoy and feel the benefit of the general level full body barre class! 

 

All you need is yourself and an exercise mat to enjoy this class. Wear comfortable clothing and either grip socks or barefoot. Don’t forget your sweat towel and water to stay refreshed throughout the session.

Sophie is excited to share her expertise and love for mindful movement with the vibrant community of Leigh-on-Sea.

A former professional dancer with over seven years of teaching experience at London’s leading boutique studios, Sophie has had the privilege of working with high-profile clients, including Joe Wicks and Charlotte Dawson.

Sophie’s passion for movement shines through in every class. Her mission is to create a welcoming, inclusive space where fitness feels fun and accessible to everyone, regardless of experience or ability.

Expect classes full of positivity, energising moves, and uplifting music that leave you feeling strong, accomplished, and ready for more. With Sophie, fitness is all about celebrating what your body can do... and having a blast while doing it!
